Anything that is white like white sugar and white rice should be avoided when it comes to the food you should not eat while running. You have to remember that you should limit the amount of carbohydrates that you are taking especially if it is not good carbohydrates. If you want some alternatives, search for whole wheat bread instead. Anything that is whole grain can be considered good.

With the right amount of exercise and the right food, you will have the healthy body that you have always wanted to have.
